Using HIV scanning test kit. But still have to use condom because of window period about 3 to 6 months. and play safe sex for a while. May be about 5 years. By doing that, most people are protected by HIV infection and by 10 years from now, there will be not even one single case of HIV infection. I am sure people will use this HIV testing kit before sex. Why? because they are scared. The problem is the price. It must be very cheap so any body can buy it over the counter.

@MrBigguy337 No. I worked for Planned Parenthood and the problem with that idea is this: The orals swab works to detect HIV antibodies from an immune system fighting the virus. These antibodies are undetectable from 3 to 6 months after infection. During this window, the virus replicates most rapidly without being fought by the immune system and the infected are most contagious. The test would say negative, but the person tested would have an active infection. Use condoms.

There Shouldn't Be A cure, There Is way To many Humans Over Populating This Earth, More Humans = More Polution, and a faster Way to run out Of resources, like water and power sources

What if we can test each others before having sex? There is oral HIV test kit available right now. If that kit is cheaper then condom we can test each others before having sex. If we can do that, there will be no HIV infection 10 years from now. While developing vaccine or medication why not develop oral test kit more effective. Maybe test result less then 5 min. We all carrying this oral HIV test kit in the pocket and use it before sex. I think this idea is most cheapest way to win!
