you have too many videos in your FRAPS video folder. remove the old ones and it will run fine

During Windows XP days I used to reformat 4-5 times per year but since Windows 7 I only do it about 1 time a year or less. I would suggest getting Diskeeper as it automatically keeps your HDDs defragmented. Also, CAL League RIP :(
