@vangsta1997 yea, when you restab make sure your legs don't touch the floor and drag and press hard on the hand you don't stab on.

you're not collapsing properly that's why. you're probably just slamming right down on your hips. the problem here is because you aren't kicking your legs correctly. put more strength into the kick. if you're clockwise make sure you kick that left leg really hard and UP. this will allow you to go on your shoulder instead of your hips.

This is exactly where I have problems with my windmills. I dunno what it is but after I push myself up into the restab my right shoulder (I too go counter-clockwise) will feel like its strained. But when it doesnt that's when my legs are too low and eventually hit the ground once I get into the restab. I've also been working on my mills for a lil over a month now.

put more strength into the kick. the harder you kick the better. the more you go on your shoulders the easier it is. it is probably strained because you are too low on your back and rolling down there makes it way more difficult to re-stab. so make sure you get down the initial kick and stay high on your shoulders. its a lot smoother to roll there than down your torso.
