  • My '06 Commander lost the LED light behind the fan dial. Looks simple enough - get the LED at Radio Shack, solder it onto the circuit board, and reinstall the whole assembly. Right - I'll just use a flash light or feel for the bloody thing or until I get a ton of gumption to tear apart my dash. Kudos to you sir for posting the video however - it is very informative.

  • I have an '06 commander and the knob that us to direct where the air is to go to is not lighting up. It works fine it just doesn't light up making it to see at night. There are no other issues with the climate control buttons with not lighting up except for that one. When you pull the entire thing apart is there a way just to simply replace the bulb for the one knob?? Thanks!
