Actually the movement has started, they're enforcing punishment to higher degree:
1. No more warning or suspension, if convicted you go to juvenile center or if you're over 18 you go to penitentiary.
2. If convicted, you will not be able to finish high school(0% chance that you will ever get a job in Korea with no degree, one of the most competitive country in the World)
3. They will have two teachers in each classroom, more recess time to reduce stress.

@RJDBproductions aawww!!! thats so sweet that u actually believe that.but lets go back to reality ,bulllying is reallly an ongoing phenomena ,it is not going to stop just cuz one celebrity comes n says oh!!bullying is bad.im not sure if iu was bullied or if she has any experiences but unless government admits there is bullying and actually take some steps to lessen the bullying....

That's what bugs me about S. Korea. They're more worried about ruining their reputation (bad/good) than actually doing something to a situation to make it right. I know not everybody in S. Korea are like that but it seems like that's just how they are.

...you guys need a getto black old lady in one of them classes ..o.0 they would stop trust me it work at my class when i was in 6th grade

@icynok When I became a stronger person I stood up for people who are bullied. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. But I was still bullied while doing this. It will never end really, there is even bullying among adults. I don't have any hope for that but what I want is for people to be strong enough to carry on. That's what I'll put my energy into because I feel like that's more effective. I love encouraging people and I'll continue doing that:)

@RJDBproductions Why did she decide to become an ambassador against bullying. Was she also bullied? Does she have a personal connection to this issue?

WTF..."now IU is the ambassador of anti-bully, so bullies will stop at SK school"..
that IU girl didnt even go to college and she claims that "she is not good in studying" .. WTF peeps take her as ambassador for school kids??
IU is a talented person as an entertainer, i admit that.. but to be a good role model to school kiddos, i think not... and BULLIES WONT STOP JUST BCUZ OF HER!!
Bullying in Schools' in SK will end soon..IU is now the ambassador against bullying in school..,,
