  • Just some constructive criticisms: friend, thanks for showing a great concept. However, as someone who also does FMA, I was just wondering why start with the elbow first then with the fist strike? The principle has always been longest weapon first before shorter one? Have you tried it the other way around? Also, you need to "drive the body" into the technique. This becomes apparent when you "crash" into a heavy bag (body) rather than a small hanging speed bag.

  • Good job, had a good beat going. Never really practiced elbows like that even though I've seen it a few times. Is the downward motion more for fluidity or do you believe it's more effective?
