Residents of Eastleigh's California estate will be spending the evening out in the cold after they were thrown out of their houses to pave way for the estates expansion. Hired youth descended on the estate early this morning and forced the residents out and in the process scattering their belongings.

Gosh, lets hope the Somalis don't end up bribing Kenyan MP's to a point they can't contend enacting laws to empower tenants. Having said that, some tenants are tenants from hell who would take full advantage of any law that required evictions to be backed by a court order.

This makes sense and is worrying. These foreigners might be acquiring the city and evicting the citizens as the leaders fight over power.

When a society knows it can do as they wish and get away with it, then all this is bound to happen. Any eviction should be with a court order. Mr President and PM, a culture of Laissez- Faire leadership is what you are allowing to take root in Kenya. If the office of AG can not effectively prosecute the crimes in the land please take action to save the future generations.
