Dude I'm so much like you, such a perfectionist! I'm always triple-checking stuff! I think we both now that it gets kinda' annoying sometimes and we lose a lot of time doing it like so, but what can you do, right? It's who we are, I guess!

To prevent leakage, I suggest you pressure test the block before selling it. Anytime you remove used gaskets, the seal is not always the same when rebuilding.

Took it apart installed it, no problems with leaking when I used it. Also that is the point of leak test when you do a wc loop
