I would like to thank you for all of these wonderful tutorials, from reading the posts I believe you are a teacher. I just want to commend you for bringing this education to the public. I work for a staffing agency and I look for ways to assist applicants who need to improve their skills for free. I just want to let you know that I will be sharing the links to these tutorials with my future canidates as well as myself. Thanks agian!

thank you for this very informative tutorial! I was wondering on 04.41 it says that 8 records were deleted. which records were that? I am interested because I want to create a database too and I need to know which data I will lose

@Rigo86
By default a text field is set to hold 255 characters of data. If you later limit that field to 10 characters, Access will warn you that data will be lost. If you know that none of your data in that field is more than 10 characters, no problem. If there's a chance that some data are longer than your new limit then you should increase the limit.
