I don't know why it has to be a competition between champloo's music and bebop's, I've never seen it that way. I love both of the animes and their soundtracks are amazing in their own ways! How you can say that champloo's track isn't comparable because it doesn't feature one producer or composer is bewildering to me. Nujabes contributed a lot to champloo and he has had a huge impact on my life in the way Yoko Kanno has 4 others but I'm not gonna call out any1 to say 1 soundtrack is better...

These songs are lovely. Parts of this reminds me alot of the music from Nat/Natalie Cole. Both very nice music to relax to. c:

@Argidisparken the album "Tank! The!Best!" is the soundtracks for the second Cowboy Bebop videogame

I don't understand. Are there diamond seatbelts?

Strange... This wasn't in any of the albums...

The music isn't comparable. Champloo uses a lot of ambient hip-hop tracks while Cowboy Bebop is mostly smoother jazz and funk.
Since they're not even in the same genre it's simply a matter of musical taste.

You do realize that that Yoko Kanno and her Seatbelts composed and perfprmed all of the music for Cowboy Bebop, Ghost in the Shell, and Wolves Rain don't you? She is one of the great composers of our day... I don't think she had anything to do with Samurai Champloo... hmmm...
