not so much blood compared to the ver. that I played.

I know this is old, but if you do another swing when the game goes slow-mo on your finishing blows, your beam katana will glow and hit more enemies around you.

I know that you made this comment a long time ago, but I have to respond to it. The game was originally designed with the blood (it was in the early trailers). It was later on that they censored it for the Japanese version, but what's in the US version really is what the violence was supposed to be.

Actually I'm surprised he didn't use any counters, though I did see him rapidly pressing block at some points.

Surprised you didn't use any psycho-hits. When you're in the slow-down motion when you flick the remote to finish off a guy, if you flick the remote again while slowed down, your katana will glower then let out a psychotic wave that hits/kill more enemies. Quite useful, and cool to watch.

i will still be getting the game but was just curious. im not like some people who are reufsing to get it with no blood... thats just sad because there so much more to it that that

Not one person has actually asked anything about the game mechanics yet...
The blood everyone is so obsessed with was not "taken out"; it was added in later for the US version, it makes no difference whatsoever to the game mechanics or story whatsoever.

Is it true that this game has really big frame rate issues. I remember hearing this somewhere, but I'm not sure exactly where. I hope I'm wrong, because this game looks great.

None whatsoever. It's a great game, I haven't played a game with this much character in a long time, it's just crazy.
