Choux Pastry: Profiteroles Dessert

Get my "Perfect Cream Puffs" recipe at http://PastryFriends.com -- This is the recipe I use for the profiteroles. Fill them with any creams (whipped heavy cream, caramel cream) and combine with vanilla ice, chocolate and orange sauce... Yummy! :-)
