sick. What's your rear suspension set up? any where I can see some pictures of that??

@nsmsam The rear suspension is boxed in stock trailing arms with dual shock mounts going to the cage on the inside of the car. I have 30mm rear torsion bars when the car is painted blue. Stock torsion bars are 26 mm. The 30mm are much better for jumping :). The front end is cut off right now and is being converted to long travel.

Hey, i finally have a freshly rebuilt 1641 longblock and will be putting the top end together. I have been looking at the different kits and i noticed that your bug, in the camo paint stages (:50), had a 6-7 peice f/g kit. I really like the rear fenders compared to the ones on the other kits, would you remember the type/manufacture of that kit? I would like to go one piece front, but it looks like you have to do alot of modification to the front. Ever find a replacement engine?

The fiberglass fenders were installed when I got the car. I installed the front 1 piece hood that the car has on after the blue paint job and it attaches to the front cage with 3 pins shown at 1:06. I gave the car to my brother and he put in a 2100cc engine with a built transmission and now the car is getting a long travel front beam and possibly painted black and yellow.

Under the hood in an aluminum tank. shown at 0:58 in the video. Goiing to install a fuel cell in the rear of the car though instead.
