The demo should show the correct use of a ratchet (at least two complete wraps around the bale of the ratchet (at least four complete actions on the ratchet handle.
For the size, weight and expense of that hauler, I'd like to see at least a winch to lift the tailgate, but I'm sure the option list is long.
I'm looking for a lightweight solution --- something like two dolly/caddies to strap down the car outside the trailer, then winch in and bolt down.
