Personally I don't see the problem with jumping from a blaster to a raptor, that's what I did. I had a 2002 blaster that I had modded with a full FMF exhaust, jet kit, filter and a set of ITP holeshot tires, the bike was pretty fast just too small for me. I ended up buying a 2002 raptor 660 with gobs of mods and had no problems. Just take it easy at first and you'll be fine.

hey im trying to decide wether to get a crf150r or a raptor 660. i see that you have vids of both and thought id ask. but anyways. I have been riding quads since i was 3 and i have never had a dirtbike but i love them right now im on blaster. and i need something bigger. i want the 660 cause it has reverse and with a lil work you can make them out run a 450. but a lot of my friends are riding dirtbikes now so just a random question which one do you think i should get.

@bkslayerz well bud, there is a big difference between a raptor 660, and a crf150.. i would not advise you to jump straight from a 200 to a 660. i dont know how a stock one runs, but since day 1 i had a 686 big bore, stage 2 hotcam, and an aftermarket exhaust & jet kit.. i would advise you to get a 125 2 stroke bike, personally.. but if not then get the 150
