The World Health Organization said this past week that more than 100 million people are plunged into poverty every year by illness or "catastrophic" medical bills, launching a global drive for universal health care.
In its simplest, it's known as "the snowball effect". Just as mutations and variations gradually lead to more proficient adaptations allowing more rapid evolution as a process was implemented and expanded upon, debilitating devolution can occur just as swiftly. Of course, "devolution" is a misnomer in a direct translation, but applicable as a metaphor in this context.
@pantadon there is sickness all over the world. Those are the facts. The most pressing issues right now are in the Gulf of Mexico where millions are in the final stages of a genocide. Death by toxins. I expect it will be marketed as Death by virus. Expect hundreds of thousands of kids dead this xmas.
It's difficult to watch a father morn his dying child ...
So we bring about global government through global health under the guise that there is sickness all over the world? Local governments for local people are a GOOD thing, global tyranny with a few elites in charge (which is what it would become) is quite obviously, a bad thing.
"The most successful health systems in Europe, Japan, Chili, Mexico, Rawanda and Thailand were based on pooled resources..."
I would not want to be sick in Chili, Mexico, Rawanda or Thailand, their medical systems SUCK.
