Through a healthy diet and nutrition, I pray that if I even make it to be passed me 70's I will look like this AND be as active as a 20 year old

What an Inspiration!! I used to look after women (and men) in their 60's and 70's that looked way older than this!! Just beautiful! This assures me I have chosen the right path as a teacher!

I admire Ms. Lynch. Where does she come from? Where does she teach? Can anybody help me? It would be a dream to meet her and to learn about Yoga and about life. Can anybody tell me where she lives and teaches?
