the self seeking balance and harmony.

Remember you control the universe no need to ask outward turn your questions inward and answer them for you.

wholeness is not found with others but with oneself.

Embrace all that is the universe the pain, sorrow , happiness , anger, joy , hate , and love.

Dont try to isolate the feelings either take it all in. Cry out in anger for love.

Make it as intense as possible and when you feel your falling apart rise from it like the phoenix that you are.

The mind and heart need to be exposed to a large degree of emotions to build the self.

When times get intense and they will, you must be able to embrace it and keep it together.
