Create A Card Series #7 & 8

In case the mana cost is too hard to read on Deface, it cost B/R B/G R/G. Here are all the possible combinations you can use to cast deface:
BBR
BBG
GGB
GGR
BRR
GRR
RGB

In case I wasn't clear on how vaporize works. Vaporize destroys targeted land. The second target is determined by which color mana you spend paying the colorless portion of the mana cost. If colorless mana or white or blue mana is paid for that portion then Vaporize only targets the land.

It seems that "Deface"s casting cost is a bit low. It costs usually 3 or 4 just to destory a land, idk though. The second one is great though, and I agree with xepher99, "may" is must.

Thanks for the comment. Generally when a spell has multiple colors in it's cost it becomes harder to cast, so multicolored spells that have the same converted mana cost as a mono colored spell sometimes come with a bonus effect. (Compare Lightening Helix to Incinerate) As far as the "may" and "if" being added to Vaporize, I agree I messed up there.

I love Vaporize. Just a suggestion, though. In the text, you might want to put, "If you paid so and so to play Vaporize, then you 'may' destroy target whatever. The spell would be harder to pull off if the opponent didn't have, say, an artifact on the field, and you had to destroy an artifact.

the other one is arguably more broken because it fits into any type of deck and it is too good for its cost.

If it were like BBB it would be nice but it should say

Destroy target land. If the land is non basic you may pay 1 life to draw a card.

Vaporize is a little broken, destroying a land and creature for 4 mana. It is a good idea though.
