They might go on the left...I don't have an official heroscape card in front of me.
The 1 Attack 1 Range is to represent the Tau's poor close combat ability. Their Pulse Rifle is the main special attack on the card and can shoot 10 hexes and can have up to 4 attack dice.

@RockoRobotics how do you print them. and on what, the cards are double sided how do you succesfully place the other part on the back

@killerdemon227 I just printed them on normal paper. If you watch the end of the third video I think I tell you how to setup your printer to make them the right size. My cards are not doubled sided because I did not create a basic version.
Probably the best way to make double sided cards would be to print our each side separately and glue a piece of tag board in between the two sides. For this process, I recommend spray adhesive.
