REAL KICK TRIGGER IN ROCK BAND - SAVE YOURSELF MONEY! How To

The rumours are quite true, you CAN put a real kick trigger into rock band. Note that what I used may vary from what you have and certain triggers may or may not work with this adapter. THIS IS A GOOD OPTION FOR THE MEDIUM-HARD PLAYER OR THOSE WHO PLAY EXPERT SONGS UNDER TIER 5. When you start to reach Tier 5 you get the faster bass sequences whereas in Tier 0 even like Charlene the bass hits are very slow and easy to identify. I WOULD NOT EXPECT THIS TO WORK FOR BASS-HEAVY SONGS such as This Calling (the intro at least and the double kicks), Hammer Smashed Face, Are You Dead Yet, Clouds over California, you know where I am going. im wondering about your comment. are you trying to say the roadie is what would stop double bass from working on hard songs? or is it the double bass part? because i plan on buying a kickbox with a roadie pedal to do expert+ and the mayhem pack songs with a double bass on the roadie. I dont wanna blow my money on it than all of a sudden the road kick rocker cant pick up fast hits, thatd suck.

the roadie is fine just don't use the PDP adapter because it won't register fast hits. Just get the kickbox and a better trigger like a KD-8 (if you can) and your double pedal. My video is just saying the PDP adapter can act like a kickbox, but it's limited in that it wont register really fast hits like the kickbox can. Sorry about replying so late
