  • I'm a christian that thinks that witchcraft is a perectcly acceptable religion, of course it's not evil spells are just praying really and to me worshiping nature and worshiping god are v similar.

  • I agree, thank god for people like you. ;D

  • A Museum of Witchcraft - what a great idea! :) Le beannachdan (With blessings), Ruiseart - Gaelic Druid Order (Scotland).

  • What program is this from? :)

  • @nicerperson your comments read as if your telling me off, if so then I can genuinely say that you missed the point of my comment

  • @rorrimsalucard Doh! comprehension difficulty! it clearly states in the film that "opposite" the museum is a gift shop. The camera even pans across to show you where each building is. I know there IS such a thing as satanic/luciferian witchcraft because I was brought up in it. But I agree that modern Wicca has little or nothing to do with it. (I say little or nothing as there are some Wiccans that are Luciferians as well) But the majority of Wiccans don't believe there is a Satan or a Lucifer.

  • @fenfen99 Exodus chapter 22 verse 18, Deuteronomy chapter 18 verse 10 and there are many more,(about 20 verses) but I don't believe the witchcraft or witches mentioned there have anything to do with modern day witches. Some of these witches were Baal worshipers and practiced child sacrifice amongst other things. Not something you learn in Wicca :) I respect anyones choice to believe what they want.

  • @blindsunden You don't know much of the history of the Bible. You can actually go on line and see the Codex Sinaiticus (at sinaiticusdotcom) written between 325 and 360 AD which was written 1,250 years before the KJV and contains most of the same text.

I love Boscastle having first gone there in the 60's

I do agree the woman in the shop is wrong to want the museum to close though, we would have to shut all museums then that had anything remotely pagan in them.

  • The woman who owns the gift shop is a fool. It was only in the King James version onwards did the bible say anything about Witchcraft as KIng James himself was brought up to be terrified of anything to do with Witches, the Occult and "Dark Magic". He even wrote his own book on Demonology which was widely used in Witch trials.

Long live the Museum of Witchcraft I say!

  • went there last year and it was freaking awesome
