I bought a copy of this on ebay. When it arrived, I realised it was a pirate copy which wasn't mentioned online. Never mind. It's a good story.

Phil's one of the few male characters in film who declare themselves bisexual. Sharon's reaction is realistic: "That's just modern." I love the scene in which Phil runs to hug Matthew -- so much simple spontaneous youthful affection.
"Footballers do it, don't they? Thousands watch them. Millions." This film touches on a lot of interesting and important subjects.
