  • @hunterz132 I would agree with you, but I think it's rather relative. If you are insulin/leptin resistant more sugar is only killing you, no matter the form. Artificial sweeteners seem to help folks cut down on real sugar, but there are still doubts as to the long-term effects of using them. Sugar is not inherently bad, but the amount we consume by relying crazily on grain and other carbohydrates is absolutely dangerous and insane.

  • @medislamara actually sugar is much healthier than most artificial sweetening agents

  • "so you put the french fries on top of the margarin'...what kind of imbesile would eat this" WTF gillian why are you speaking like that...

  • OMG arterycloggingsaturatedfat XD Wish this stupid show would focus on how awful margarine and grains / sugar are.

  • @itsKrisalicious P.S. Look at Dr Jessen and Anna Richardson - they have a much less aggressive approach, and they get results too, probably for the longer term. Sorry I went on for so long, but this kind of thing gets me riled up. No offense to you, just stating my personal and professional opinion. :)

  • @itsKrisalicious The way Gillian is going on, she's criticizing Lisa's personality rather than her behavior, and as a psychologist and therapist in training, I can tell you that that is a HUGE mistake. Good people make bad choices sometimes, and after years of them, Lisa chose to make a change. She does not deserve to be called an imbecile, nor to be denied her right to a body, which belongs to EVERYONE.

  • @itsKrisalicious I don't have a problem with the woman being criticized or awoken to the fact that she has been irresponsible with her health - obviously, obesity should be fought, I just don't think insults and degradation is the way to go. Gillian's blows are misdirected. It's one thing to point out to her that her health is her responsibility, and that she's been bad to herself, it's quite another to call her names and tell her she doesn't deserve a body(?!) Wtf?

  • @MissPsychoB No it isn't. Obesity should not be praised or encouraged. It should be looked down upon, just like being far too skinny. It isn't bullying, it's waking her up from the world she lives in, look at the list of foods she eats. This woman has been living like an imbecile, she's a older woman and should be in control of her life. It takes the shock treatment to wake people up, because people who love her are too afraid to upset her, but Gillian isn't. It takes tough love sometimes.

  • hahahaha 1:02 "oh shitt" you didnt see the massive camera before?
