Bodybuilders now are puffy because of HGH (human growth hormone) It makes you grow, but it makes EVERYTHING grow.That includes your internal organs, plus most bodybuilders are a minimum 50lbs heavier in their off season. I bet you'd look puffy too if you weighed over 300 lbs for have the year haha. Also creatine plays a big roll as well.
Also I wouldn't use egg whites in a shake. At least not raw, you can get samonella poisoning from raw eggs.... That's bad.

whats the difference between eating sugar or eating carbs? do you seriously think that the second you ingest sugar its going to surpas all other nutrients youve ingested and not yet digested (from 2-3hrs ago)? are you saying the GI is important even though Gi is only relevant during a fasted state?

I REALLY love protein shakes!!! This is easy to understand and to do. You ROCK!!!!! And would it be good to use soy milk or no?
