Once I get both of his arms off, he just fires missiles. If I get near him, he just stomps on me. What do I do?

@Finstahy You do the same thing you do for the first 2 hits. Make him break a pipe with missiles, lure him into the water flow, then hit the self destruct button when he's stunned.

There's 3 breakable pipes in the room, one for each hit .
