Alesis Master Control fader motion

The motion of an Alesis Master Control Studio interface. The faders are set by Jesse B Dawg during production. It is a recording of his new song "Children" of of The Stoner Mixtape. Recorded produced and mastered by Jesse B himself. Recorded with Pro Tools 9, thru a Neumann tlm 102.

Yeah the Alesis mastercontrol works as an audio interface with protools you still need M box or I lock to autherize protools to run

Were using it fully functional in pro tools 9. And with all the other programs we stated... Basiclly the difference between the Amc and digi, mackie, m-audio, ect. Versions is the Alesis has a built in talkback mic, abc monitors, and the 8 channels of IO that are now fully functional in pt9. As well as reason 5 and record. I got mine hooked up with the midi ports and interface in versions earlier than 9 in protools it was only good for midi controller kind of a waste of money seeing as how their are one fader USB controllers out a

It only works with pro tools 9. And it works seamlessly with it. With every version of pro tools except 9 it only works as a midi mixing console. Pro tools 9 let's u use most USB and FireWire devices. Buy a cheap behringer mixer with the right amount of I/O and run stereo pair into one of the master controls inputs. Like if ur trying to record whole band at once run drums threw mixer then stereo out to the mastercontrol n Ull still have four 1/4 ins enough four two guit, one bass, n run ur keyb

@kevo805dd I used my 003Rack "DaisyChained" to Master Controller and it worked fine. u just have to know how to work out the problems with how u plug it and if your cpu is compatible and preferences or ajusted correctly. u dont need to add other channels it Banks and Track...but if u just want 16 faders just buy another and DaisyChain...waste of money if u ask me. mastercontroller is the shit for a homestudio on a budget

@smokeface617 it works with reason5, record, cubase le, and protools 9 perfect, I have these programs it works...what u mean only midi? the interface does way more then just a stereo...the abc can be in and out have to use 1/4inch u can hook up 8mics...Lol why would u combine a cheap mixer?to bad its discontinued BUT for the price and what it can do...Mayne! I sold my 003rack, cuz it was collecting dust. the DynamicRange on this was better I test it...2 me it had more presence...Good bk grd sng
