Plyometrics training session Julius Caesar 60m, and Andre ski jump. Box jumping double and single foot. Note the difference in contact on the single foot. A small hurdle on the end to add some spice....!!!

  • @ngstylez yea, I thought one is supposed to dorsiflex on the landing. It seems to me that the guy in blue is alot better at absorbing the force

  • Simon, can you point out the technique and common mistakes of the drills you show?  That would help a lot!

  • i like the slow mo comparison between julius/andre, beyond different leverages, you can see that julius is much more comfortable absorbing force in his quads, he can land with much more knee flexion with a forward lean and keep his heels off the ground, which really gives him that spring.. andre lands more vertical, much more heel sink, actually looks like he's dorsiflexing good but being so vertical won't keep him on his toes, so he's almost planting right on his heel, his landings turn to mush
