Religion does the same thing, it just fills every one of those things with "god" and ends the story there. Clearly doing nothing to explain where god came from... why is it that the universe can't have unanswered questions, but god somehow can just exist from nothing for no reason?

People are always creating new "ways" to explain how things work around them. It is only human nature. I believe that there is no "definite" answer to explain everything. Yet, I strongly believe that there is no "beginning" to the universe or any other parallel universe. But, this does not mean that it was created out of nothing. It means that it was here an indefinite time ago and will last an indefinite time in the future. Still, it's quite interesting to think about. Limit reached. :D

It really bothers me that this kind of stuff is being passed along as science. At this stage in the game string theory is not even a scientific hypothesis because it is infalsifiable and nondemonstrative. It is a brilliant and creative idea, which has interesting consequence if it is true, but currently it does not carry any validity.

I think the further down the rabbit whole we go We'll eventually come back round again.Where eventually we'll find the universe we are living in inside one of the subatomic particles we are investigating.Therefore there is no beginning or end just an endless loop.Everything exists within itself.Think about it.
