You can't do this unless your an apple developer, meaning paying $99 a year. You can't access the iOS provisioning portal unless you are a developer that paid $99.

i have a problem! I paid to apple 99 dollars and so i becamed Apple Developer Account, but i have a problem with the certificate.
When i submit the certificete that i created following your steps, but alweys said me: You currently do not have a valid distribution certificate
why???
