It's pretty sad that with all this destruction, my Tier 5 ship can totally own a Borg Cube without breaking a sweat =/

yeah, but well you can explain it that the ships are much more advanced now.. other weapons and stuff... but well my cruiser can beat a cube too. but 2 of them.. no chance. But I didnt set all of my skills.. have to complete that character.

I don't think I can have that skill. It should be a Commander Skill. And a cruiser like mine just got a Lt. Commander tactical officer. So I used that one to have the torpedo skills as high as possible.

this may sound stupid but what do u actually do at Wolf 359?

It's the red matter capacitor. It's a bonus item that wa given for preorder customers I think. Or for the special edition. One of those. It gives a bonus to all energy levels for a short time.

I thought the feds would have cleaned it up, but it looks like they left it as a memorial which looks very cool if you're a ST fan.
