All Saints Season 12 Episode 14 - When The Bough Breaks (part 4)

The MRU are called to an accident where a bus has rolled on its side. One of the casualties is a woman by the name of Lisa. What could traumatise her to the point that she's no longer responsive?
The driver of the bus is taken to the ED. He claims he had a heart attack and that was why the bus rolled. But when his results show he didn't, questions are raised as to what happen?
A man comes into the ED demanding he be treated because he's been poisioned. His file says he suffers from depression. Is he acting out because he's off his medication or because he really is sick?
And Adam's mum wants to see him. Why does Adam not want to see her?
