This is Track 7 of 13 from Stone Temple Pilots' fifth album. I don't know why this album is ignored and considered their weakest. It is the one that first made me fall in love with this band. The heavier songs are, I think, very inventive and awesome, and the not-so-heavy songs are simply beautiful. I saw that their other five albums were all on youtube but this one wasn't so I did you all a favor and put it on here!

  • All you guitarists out there, listen up: this solo shows you that you don't need to play a million miles an hour to make a statement. Great chord progression underneath it, too. This solo gives me the chills.

  • @tjcoffey You are correct! So very exactly so. That is my stance on soloing as well.

  • brillliant.....there is an actual video for this trak....it was a single , but its hard to find on here sadly !!!

  • @sludgeaholic Oh so it was a single. Oh well. We can still enjoy it!

  • This song is like a ghost.

  • @tjcoffey Exactly.

  • @JittersInternational Look man. Music used to be property of the people, and in time it return to that realm. You may call me a loon, a hippy, but I genuinely hope that you live to see the day that proves me right.

  • WTF I uploaded Too Cool Queenie and it got blocked! Why is it the only song from the album that can't be uploaded!

  • <3

  • @JittersInternational no, you are stupid. they put this up for people to read. and its not like they illegally downloaded the music, they put the cd they bought on the internet, so dont even bother with your bullshit

  • why does everyone say something about not intending to infringe on copyrights in the description ... you clearly intend to since you did upload it, and were even dumb enough to comment on how you infringed. Do you really think that shitty disclaimer is making any difference.... "I don't intend to rob this bank, now give me that money before I blow your brains out, bitch" -- it just sounds stupid

  • @username32286 What a inspiring, and poignant way you have said how this helped you with dealing with your loss. I can totally comprehend and appreciate that as I have had a MOM who has passed from cancer as well! Bravo my friend, and point so well taken! Thank-you Stone Temple Pilots for your BRILLIANT and under rated music! You guys are the BEST musicians I have heard in such a long time! You will always be my personal favorites! :-)

  • @tjcoffey I must agree with you. and so i know is one of my favorite songs in the world. something about it brins me back to a place where things were not so hectic. i will always fing comfort in his voice and the music that follows...or the other way around

  • @drew5553 I agree that "And So I Know" is brilliant. "Hello It's Late" has always hit a nerve with me, and I really like the "handshake" between the first jangly lead part with the the fill that sounds like it's going through a Leslie. To each his own, man.
