  • I was on the floor, 6th row(ish). You should seen everyone's faces melting when they realized that Rage was coming...incredible energy. I've never been a part of something so magical!

  • @TheCavern2009 Sorry, I love Phish but I will not even suggest that a gifted jazz musician would not be able to play their music. Food for thought; John McLaughlin played for Miles Davis. Let us not make this beautiful thing we call music that has been a source for enjoyment for thousands of years a competition.

  • @jaysharpwilliams Conversely, music is not and should not be a competition. Especially amongst the listeners. As Phish expresses here it is actually a camaraderie amongst fellow musicians that keeps music playful and authentic.

  • @TheCavern2009 Actually it would be pretty easy for any standard jazz band (even high school) to cover a Rage or Phish song for that matter as there are only three instruments in Rage and four in Phish. Easily I say Miles Davis would and could; it would only take three of the many members in his band. Listen to Tribute to Jack Johnson. Just Saying...

  • I wonder if they'll bust out any new stuff this Tuesday in Alpha?? Ill be uploading a live feed from this Tue. and Wed.'s shows, a veiw from the orchestra pit using VZ Amp's wifi via droid. Pray Verizon can get the bandwidth right in their own stadium.

  • Was in the pit for this. Top 3 show of my life for sure. Place went looney when this came on.
