Intel Health Guide Gets FDA Market Clearance

It's a little out of the ordinary for a company like Intel to receive market clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Adminstration (FDA) for a product, but that's what the company announced on July 10. Given the FDA clearance, Intel can now move into the next phase of bringing to market the Intel Health Guide, a tool that can help healthcare professionals better manage care for their patients with chronic conditions. Intel engineers developed the hardware and the software for the Intel-branded device.
