elvis presley doesn't belong in this pantheon. He was an arch racist, imitator and thief of black music. He stole "Hound Dog" from Big Mama Thornton when Black people couildn't gety copyrights, when there was apartheid in America. It was called segregation-legally enforced. @KRxN11 Elvis does belong he gave credit to many of these artists during there time. None of them could help the time or circumstances they born into if Johnny had enough respect to put Elvis in the song don't you believe it is a reason for this. Great song Johnny Taylor R.I.P.
