Realistic Movable TERMINATOR Arm Wound Bars

I thought about this last year sometime and decided to try it today it took me 2 hours.

To complete the look i want a hologram of an open space with wires and metal under the aluminium bars to create an illusion of space under them also it would be great if i could get a mould of a muscley arm the same length as my own arms make a silicone cast / sleeve pull it over my arm cut away the area above the bars add bood veins paint the arm then it should look very realistic something for me to try in the future.

I'd use bright green or bright blue cloth instead of that black binbag thing or whatever it is because black wouldn't stand out and would be a pain in the ass to mask over
