@Djentslide hmm well then I'd like to try! I don't see why people have to pit it against longboarding. I mean, I wouldn't mind bombing a hill without worrying about wobbles and what not, that'd be sick haha

It's actually terrifyingly easy. There is never a threat of speed wobbles, your feet are bound to the damn thing, there is no sliding involved, simply rotating your hips does the trick.

@Equation4Life I guess the longboard comparisons are inevitable on the silverfish channel, but the point of freebording is to simulate and train for SNOWBOARDING, not to imitate longboarding.
as for it being easy, if you have a strong snowboard background and some good guidance, you may pick it up fairly fast. But if you're a longboarder looking to "cheat slide" ....God help you.
