The cows have a natural tendency to fight and to establish the hierachy on the alpine pasture. The queen of queens will be chosen at the annual cow fighting meet in Martigny in autumn. You can catch a fight in summer on the Moiry meadow above Grimentz, Valais, Switzerland www.alpagemoiry.ch

Les vaches de la race d'Hérens se battent naturellement pour établir la hiérachie dans le troupeaux. La Reine des Reines est couronnée en automne à Martigny. Vous pouvez admirer les bêtes sur l'alpage de Moiry, l'alpage au dessus de Grimentz dans le canton du Valais en Suisse www.alpagemoiry.ch

It's the Hérens race and they do fight naturally to establish their hierarchy. It's not bull fighting. :)
