  • how could he focus...those boobs are niiiiiice.

  • I remember that shazzie had and artical on pms relief. but i cant find it

  • If it is natural and complete, why the need to supplement?

I like the idea of a raw food diet, and currently on a trial period, but I don't take supplements.

If there's need for supplements on the long term, then that simply means the diet is not complete.

  • I think you might be onto something there. I am not fat-phobic with raw by any stretch, not a strict 811 raw vegan gal, but I do think too many complex raw dishes and eating loads of raw fats without enough greens and carbs can result in the agining and inflammation. Then again, the 811 folks who eat almost no fat seem slim, energetic and like they age incredibly rapidly facially (look at dr Graham). just an interesting new frontier to explore, many questions to ask. :)

  • :)

  • @rawyoginimaddy I adore Shazzie. My personal answer to this would be, if someone raw was looking a little worse for the wear (aging, inflammation in the face, etc); too many nuts and seeds. I know from experience that it sets me back miles at least. On all accounts. Take care. :)

  • interesting video. I never want to focus on the negative but Shazzie looked better years ago, I wonder what changed with her diet and heallth? I also don't agree that children need supplementation on a raw vegan diet, I've watched other raw vegans raise healthy, smart, strong, radiant children without supps. A missing link I think is connecting with wild greens and "weeds", which are loaded with nutrients. But to each his or her own. I like Ka's approach with interviews, very respectful and kind

  • @rhodesdarcy, this is a comments section of mere communication,...'what the....? You get it. Work on your English understanding. Anyways, the paleo-archaeological evidences have clearly shown, according to the scientists, that Homo erectus made and used fire, such as for food cooking. And Homo has been doing that ever since, to a large degree.

  • @ToolsnFire interesting point though - i do wonder when cooking came along, it used to be beneficial in breaking down toxins so that we can eat certain root veg and hard carbs that couldnt be digested otherwise, so it gave early man more chance of energy and survival. But I think its a bell shaped curve - and with our modern day processing we are way beyong the optimal range - we need to revert to raw to stay reproducible - 1 in 9 women cant reproduce, life time risk of cancer 50% = excesstoxins

  • @ToolsnFire Sorry to be like this but "the evidence of people living in the "wild" or domesticated as a culture" - with respect these are different environments and a fragment sentence i dont understand..... what the.....?

As for homo erectus he dont cook with fire - he stand up - homo habilis maybe - he the tool man. Look at chimpanzee - eats meat - his brain and IQ are far superior to monkey because of this. look at indeginous people - they dont go cooking the cows blood or whale.....
