Rainer Von Leoprechting

Rainer von Leoprechting founded Pro Action in 2002 and is closely involved in the overall development of the organisation. Rainer is currently Head of Management Development and Learning Organisation at the European Commission, DG Personnel and Administration, where he is in charge of human resources development for the Commission's staff. Rainer has been working at the European Commission since 1994 when he was involved in the European Coal and Steel Community. He is involved in a number of non-for-profit activities related to human potential and organisational development and has spoken on these issues in numerous conferences and workshops. Rainer is the President of Europe's Children -- Our Concern.
