My dwarf bunny Kodi has that rattle but the yellow part is green(: and he chewed the ears off -_-

Mine doesnt play with toys, but it does like to watch TV. if you lay on the couch and have her facing away from the TV she'll fight you until she can face the TV. Then she'll chill out for hours.

Every rabbit's different. :)
But.. just to be sure it's not mood or something more serious.. make sure your rabbit has salt lick available at all times, as well as premium quality alfalfa pellets (ours never did take to the kind with anything but strictly alfalfa in it) and clean water (NOT from a bottle with a metal stopper ball, as this could be hazardous to the animal). Also give it fruit as a treat sometime
Also check the rabbit's living quarters and be sure it has plenty of room to roam.
