As a classical guitarist, I do admire your fingerstyle technique that you use. Do you play with all three fingers, or just the first and thumb? Do you grow your nails to get a better tone?

@JFB33 Thanks for the comment . Sorry the reply is so late I'm catching up somewhat... Depending on what I'm playing music and instrument wise, I do just use my forefinger and thumb on the electric. But if I'm using my acoustic I will fingerpick more in the traditional method. Yes I do tend to keep the nails on my right hand a little longer than the left.

@Rct3fan08 Well here's hoping eh.. I do have a guitar coming all the way from Australia for free, it's a Fat-Boy Les Paul copy... a friend of a friend heard me play and owns the FB company in Aus... so he thought it would be a good idea to give me one of his guitars so that everyone could hear what it sounds like in the right hands so to speak.. so once I have it here in a few days I'll be playing the requested song with it, which will be "Brothers in Arms".

I'll have to learn this, definitly!
Like all your videos, this is fantastic Stephen... I wonder how much hours you pass on a song to modify it like that.

I'm very lucky in that I have a gift of being able to listen to a song a couple of times. Once it's in my head I can usually knock out something that sounds as good as, in a couple of hours tops.. I guess you could say (And my fiancee also says) I am gifted :-)
