crazy 1/16 e-revo vxl 4 cell maddness

Sorry about the quick edit job...Modified esc for 4 cell use. The stock esc is junk, overheats on 3 cells quickly let alone 4 cells, and glitches (can't handle many amps and hits a "rev limiter" aka more amp demand then the esc can supply at rpm) 23t pinion stock spur. About half to 3/4 throttle max in this video. More then that is back flip or back crash at any speed. After 20 minutes my modified esc is about 120 degrees on 4 cells. The battery door came off at the end crash. Nothing eltse broke.

A 4 cell ready esc, Or an esc with firmware that can be hacked to arm with 4 cell lipo and use an external bec. No the drive shafts have 1/10 scale u-joint balls on the diff sides. This simple drive shaft mod works well and you won't have anymore drive shaft issues. The 1/10 scale traxxas u-joint balls stick out about 3mm further preventing then from comming out. This video was taken during esc testing with the stock 4000kv motor. The final system 5200kv. Madness turned to INSANITY.
