Just saw these guys at Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival in upstate New York (Catskill Mtns). Missed them last time though they created a huge buzz among musicians and attendees alike. Their new singer Gary Nichols has settled in well and is simply kicking ass. You must check them out. Now!

I CAN'T STOP LISTENING TO THE STEELDRIVERS!!!!....with Stapleton that is....haven't found a track or video with Gary Nichols on it that I like yet....tryin to give him a chance though because the body of music this band has created is FANTASTIC.....Stapleton? Do you watch these ever? COME BACK! Keep Jompon Bros. as a side project.... I for one would easily pay $100 to see Steeldrivers w/Stapleton just for a full set. Money motivates, right?

Too bad about the sound on this one, this is as good as country music gets, a true classic. Congrats to Chris as a writer, songs like this one are rare, indeed. Classic lineup doing a classic song.

I heard these guys randomly on an internet radio station and as a Texan abroad it made me grin from ear to ear. I love this kind of music and love this band! They're incredible. So naturally talented. Please visit London someday soon. :)
