AMAROK live at GOUVEIA ART ROCK 2005

This is an exclusive Gouveia Art Rock YouTube channel video. Catalan based progressive folk band Amarok opened in great style the 2005 edition of Gouveia Art Rock festival. With their colourful music, in a concert based on their (to date) recent album Quentadharken (2004), they ended their performance being asked to return on stage. Lead by composer and multi-instrumentist Robert Santamaria, Amarok played also with singer Marta Segura, sax player Mireia Sisquella, flutist and didgeridoo master Manel Mayol, bassist Alan Chehab, electric guitarist Pablo Tato and drummer Renato di Prinzio.

Este é um vídeo exclusivo do canal do Gouveia Art Rock no YouTube. Os catalães Amarok abriram em grande estilo a edição de 2005 do festival. Com a sua colorida música de raízes folk, o concerto baseou-se essencialmente no (então) recente álbum Quentadharken (2004), e no final o público mostrou o seu agrado exigindo o regresso da banda ao palco. Liderados pelo compositor e multi-instrumentista Robert Santamaria, os Amarok alinharam em Gouveia com uma formação composta ainda pela vocalista Marta Segura, pela saxofonista Mireia Sisquella, pelo flautista e mestre do exótico didgeridoo Manel Mayol, pelo baixista Alan Chehab, pelo guitarrista Pablo Tato e pelo baterista Renato di Prinzio.
