  • Two words - Boom Microphone.

  • I was traveling in LA and did not want to bring the large camera across the country - if you notice the rest of our videos have great audio. And we did use a shot gun mic :)

  • What about those mini mics that clip onto a shirt?

  • the camera that I used is our small mini HD camera that we started out with. Surprisingly it does have a mic input! I used to tape my audio separately using a pod cast application and sync it up with the camera! How far we've come...

  • Keep in mind that celebrities are PAID to look good. It's not like they are trying to fit in exercise IN ADDITION TO their 12 hour workday. Staying fit is PART of their workday.

  • Potentially for some people. I know i am eating out a lot less.

But consider that some urban areas around the country lack proper grocery stores or a means for a family to garden. For these families the cheapest meal for them may be the dollar menu.

Furthermore, i am eating less these days. But not necessarily in a good way. I am just broke. That isn't quite healthy

One thing is for sure, sales at grocery stores have improved with the economy.

Maybe people will learn to cook again :)

  • hot...both pf them. just hot

  • you have to be joking?

theres a difference between keeping track of calories and eating healthy.

fast food and peanut butter is not good for you

  • i liked this vid, you would be surprised how many live and breathe what celebrities are doing to get in shape, because everyone wants to be just like them, so proving that its not all there is good

  • whoa that is amazing.

    whats the routine?

and i usually use my nordiktrack for 20 minutes.

  • What cardio do you do...... i am following charliejames1975's cardio routine and i have lost 3 kg's in 5 days.

    It's awesome.

  • Yes it does. One of the best workouts that incorporates boxing or martial arts is Bas Ruten and P90X, I have found.

  • All you need to eat healthy is peanut butter. I eat at least 10 Tbsp a day. Also fast food can be a healthy option b/c it tells you how many calories are in their food. Not hard to keep track.

  • This is absolutely true, I have justmoved from a major city to a very small town, with only 2 grocery stores, and I have had a VERY difficult time finding the healthy alternatives & supplements that I am used to, on top of that there is only fast food and greasy spoon diners in this area, so it comes as no surprise to me that most of the area is so overweight..

I have talked to the grocers about carrying specific things, and one of them has actually included some things in his inventory.

  • Hawaii8087, I wonder if any obesity studies have come out studying the recession's effect on diet. Being broke could be healthy.
