ACCESS ministries have altered their public face, CRE vision and mission from one of overtly seeking out a mission field in Victorian public schools in which to spread the Gospel to one of seemingly pedestrian aims.

  • Evonne Patterson is hell bent on using our tax money to brainwash our kids. Disgraceful

  • Please, Australia, PLEASE ... do not follow in the footsteps of America, otherwise next you'll be having SRE teaching high school kids Creationism in Biology classes.

  • Disgraceful

  • Why does the Australian Government allow SRE (special religious education) hour in public schools at all? Isn't Australia supposed to be a secular state?

  • also, at 1:50 I cant help but think that sounds creepy. "i'm a huge fan of kids" just doesnt sound right, and people in the church/closely associated with it have been accused of liking kids way too much already. i understand the statement isnt meant that way, but it still makes me slightly uneasy

  • uuurrrggghhh brainwashing school kids. blech. im in nsw and had scripture once a week in school, but im glad that didnt make me believe what they were saying. i still questioned everything, but i know other kids arent all like that. no way should religion be allowed in schools like that- keep the god stuff in the church

  • "Our federal and state governmnets allow us to take the Christian faith into out schools. We need to go and make disciples." - Evonne Paddison, CEO Access Ministries, 2008.

  • Evonne, why do you need people’s help? Just pray to Jesus.

    Oh yeah...

  • Access ministries: poisoning young minds for god.

  • In other words, their mission statment pretty much says: "Get them while they are young and malleable. How can a child of primary school level even comprehend religion to the point at which they are teaching.
