Korean Rice in Bean Curd Pocket

The Ingredients:
2 cups Rice
1 package of Bean Curd Pockets
1 small piece of Kelp (wiped down with a wet paper towel)
1/2 cup of Seasoned Chopped Beef or Ground Beef
(2 tsp Soy Sauce, 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic, 1 tsp Sugar, 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil, and 1/2 tsp sesame seeds, splash of cooking wine)
1/2 cup of Chopped Carrot
1/2 cup of Chopped Onion
1 tbsp of any kind of vinegar
1 tbsp of Olive Oil
1 tsp of Black Sesame Seed
1 tsp of Rice Seasoning

*optional
1/2 cup of Chopped Mushroom
1/2 cup of Chopped Green Pepper or Green Onion

Preparation:

1. Make Rice with water and 1 piece of kelp. Remove kelp once rice is steamed.

2. Heat olive oil in pan on medium high heat. Cook all the Vegetables and meat. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

3. Mix together the rice, vinegar, black sesame seed, rice seasoning, and cooked vegetable mixture.

4. Fill the bean curd pockets with the seasoned rice mixture.

5. Serve Yubu Choi Bab with pickled radish.
