It has been established in year 1989 in Phitsanulok.

At present this dog is registered in the Thailand dog Development Centre in Phitsanulok
Where is located in town at 6/30 Thammabucha Rd.Soi 1 Muang Phitsanulok65000,
closed to Prasirattana Mahathatwikarn temple or Watyai. This temple is very welknown in Phitsanulok and is the place that has a high respective Image Budha.
